The Women’s Center (WC) exists to provide the Western community with support, the opportunity to exchange ideas and become aware of women’s issues through programming, resource referral, and the development of a “safe space” on campus. Historically, politics and public debate on women’s issues has been an integral part of the Women’s Center.
