Alternative Transportation Fee
Transportation
The Alternative Transportation Fee seeks to educate Western students in the use of alternative transportation modes, and enable students to have a full college experience without needing a car. To achieve this goal, the program provides a variety of services to give every student access to convenient and sustainable transportation options. These services, which are funded by a quarterly Student Transportation Fee, include a WTA bus pass, the Western Student Shuttle service, a student Alternative Transportation Coordinator, and trip planning assistance.
