AS Childcare Scholarship • $1000

A $1,000 Childcare Scholarship Award will be given to WWU student-parents who demonstrate a need for financial assistance for childcare in order to be a successful and engaged student. To be considered for this scholarship you must: Applicants must be a WWU student who has attended at least two quarters of 2018-2019 Academic Year with at least 6 undergraduate or 4 graduate credits quarterly and attend at least one quarter of the year of the award (2019-2020) with at least 6 undergraduate or 4 graduate credits. Need money? Learn how to get scholarships! The Scholarship Center has recently launched a new interactive program called The Passport to Scholarship Success. The Passport is a way for students to build scholarship skills and earn a chance to win a $500 scholarship from Western. Currently enrolled WWU students can pick up their Passport at the Scholarship Center (Old Main 285) or print their own from our website. They will complete at least five out of the eight listed activities and turn the Passport in to the WWU Scholarship Center by April 12th for a chance to win a scholarship for the 2019-2020 academic year.
