AS Web Content Editing Guide
To start with the basics of web content editing using the Wagtail Content Management System (CMS) for the AS Website please first review and refer to these instructions:

To have the most flexibility of content for your team's webpage, utilize the AS Flatpage Modular page template. If your page is currently not using this template, contact vu.its@wwu.edu to request your page be migrated to the AS Flatpage Modular template.
The AS Flatpage Modular page template in Wagtail CMS has many features available for you to edit and customize the content of your webpage.
Including the following:
- Page banner image
- Anchor text links
- Quick links
- Staff cards
- Theme-able section blocks
- Wall to wall Hero image block
- Rich text block
- Link block
- Button block
- Document block
- Media block
- Accordion block
- Card block
Section theme blocks currently come in Light, Dark and Blue colors.
Hero Image Block
Below is an example of the Hero Image block. Useful in highlight impactful photos, or important banner graphics.
Media Block
This is an example of the Media Block, in the Light theme. Use this block to insert impactful image media or social media videos.
Link Block
This is an example of using the Link Block, in the Blue theme. Use this to list links in a list style format.
Documents Block
This is an example of the Document block, in the Blue theme. Use this block to upload and host useful, publicly accessible documents and media.
Accordion Block
This is an example of the Accordion Block, in the Dark theme. It is useful for embedding and streamlining large amounts of informational text in a page. Think of the Header as bullet points, and the Text as all the details of the bulleted information.

Card Block
This is an example of the Card Block, in the Light theme. Use this to display cards with images and accompanying text.
